Bridging Knowledge and Action With Intention

The workshop we had left us pondering a lot, and it made a lot of things clear as well. Especially the lack of inclusivity when it comes to neurodiverse individuals in our organization, even though it is a big part of our organizational ethos. We finally have a member in our advisory committee who is now helping us with giving the programmes and training we are implementing from a neurodiverse perspective, and it has made our implementation so much better. Secondly, I am in the process of reviewing the website as well, so that we don't use the words that show lack of empathy and inclusivity.
