We facilitate sensemaking workshops and participatory data analysis that turns information into understanding.
We translate findings into usable frameworks, policies, and advocacy tools that strengthen programs and movements.

Our Ongoing Research
Consulting as a Collective
Consulting is often done in isolation, with individuals applying alone for work that increasingly requires multiple skills, perspectives, and forms of expertise. A consulting collective offers an alternative model, one where practitioners collaborate, share responsibility, and work together to deliver stronger, more thoughtful outcomes.
Aaraam’s Consulting Collective
Aaraam’s Consulting Collective brings together early- to mid-career practitioners who want to collaborate on consulting work rather than apply on their own. Members come together to apply for consultancies as a group, combining skills and experience across research, facilitation, strategy, learning, and related areas. Work is shared across the lifecycle of a project, from design and applications to delivery and reflection.
Email consult@aaraamstudios.org and cc aaraamstudios@gmail.com to confirm your interest and let us know you have submitted the form.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your application is aligned with Aaraam’s work, you will receive an email invitation to join the Consulting Collective within 2–4 weeks. Membership in the collective is dependent on active participation in collaborative work, applications, and shared learning.
The Collective is free to join, with opportunities prioritized for members who participate actively and collaboratively.
Together, we can build knowledge systems that inform, include, and inspire change.
Aaraam Research & Learning Studio provides collaborative consulting support for reflection, strategy, and the development of inclusive, values-aligned systems.
