Payments and refunds

This page outlines how payments can be made to Aaraam Research & Learning Studio and explains our policy regarding refunds and credits.
Payments may be made by individuals, clients, organizations, institutions, or collectives engaging Aaraam for services, trainings, research, retreats, or other offerings.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

(Pakistan and International)

Payments can be made via direct bank transfer using the account details below.

Please ensure that:

  • All bank charges are covered by the sender
  • The correct IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code are used
  • The payer’s name and invoice reference are clearly mentioned in the transfer description

If your bank requires additional information to process the transfer, please contact us before initiating payment.

PayPal (International Payments)

International payments can be made using the IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code above through your local bank.

Payments may also be made via PayPal.

Please note:

  • Any PayPal transaction or currency conversion fees are borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed
  • Always include the invoice number or purpose of payment in the PayPal note

Invoicing and Payment Terms

Invoices are issued electronically and include:

  • Description of services or offerings
  • Total amount and currency
  • Payment deadline
  • Payment method details

Payments are due as per the terms stated on the invoice, agreement, or contract.

Refunds and Credits Policy

Aaraam does not offer cash refunds at this time.

In situations where a service, session, or engagement cannot proceed as planned, payments may be handled through in-kind credits, subject to mutual agreement.

  • Credits may be applied toward a future Aaraam service, training, or offering
  • Credits may be transferred to another individual or organization
  • Credits must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of issuance

Payments for completed work, delivered trainings, facilitated sessions, or submitted outputs are not eligible for refunds or credits.

After completing a payment:

Please share proof of payment or transaction confirmation via email to ensure timely acknowledgment and record-keeping.
